We currently have Production Operator openings on both 1st and 3rd shift. Exact start and end times vary by department:
- 1st Shift: Start times between 8:00–9:00 a.m., with 8–10 hour shifts
- 3rd Shift: Start times between 10:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., with 8–10 hour shifts
- Weekend work may be required depending on department and production needs
- Hours worked between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. receive a 10% shift differential plus an additional $2.00/hour supplemental pay
- Hours worked between Friday at 11:00 p.m. and Sunday at 11:00 p.m. receive an additional $3.00/hour weekend supplemental pay
- The $3.00/hour weekend premium applies to both 1st and 3rd shift
- Eligible premiums may be stacked

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Production Operator, you'll work as part of our manufacturing team to make and package the dairy products Cabot is known for. Depending on your department, you may:
- →Operate production and packaging equipment
- →Make and package cheese and other dairy products
- →Monitor product quality
- →Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- →Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
- →Work with your team to keep production running safely and efficiently
We're looking for people who:

Experience in manufacturing, food production, dairy processing, warehouse work, machine operation, packaging, farming, construction, or general labor is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
