About the Role

~1 min read- End-to-end event logistics management, including venue coordination, partner communication, program development, and on-site execution.
- Act as Person-in-Charge (PIC) for major conventions for BEA, PBHK, OCBC and CCBM.
- Lead planning and delivery of flagship events such as HNW League, BEA Awards Night, Sales Rally, and other high-profile gatherings etc.
- Work collaboratively within PD and other internal stakeholders to deliver the marketing and distribution activities in a timely manner and quality delivery
- Support supervisor on some ad hoc tasks (e.g. GPD conference. Voice of Distribution, NPS etc.)
- Provide strategic and operational support for cross-functional programs that enhance sales effectiveness and engagement.
- Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget
- Serve as a key liaison for branding approvals, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Support on relationships building with internal stakeholders and senior management to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
- Design and source premiums and merchandise tailored for different channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
~1 min read- University graduate plus a minimum of 5 years of work experience in bancassurance/insurance industry required
- Mature, creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills
- Strong project management and financial analytical skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities in dealing with stakeholders and vendors
- Good timeline management skill
- Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English is a must
- Ability to handle multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize work assignments
- Insurance product knowledge would be an advantage
- You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
