1、负责营销员渠道团险业务推动 40%

1）辅导营销员开拓团体保险客户,完成业绩指标

2）提升营销员渠道活动人力并提高团险业务价值

3）对所辖业务单位进行推动并完成相应的销售任务

4）对所辖业务单位组织实施团险产品及销售技巧培训

2、营销员渠道竞赛及活动规划与执行 30%

1）对所辖业务单位制定有效业务推动方案并落实业务追踪

2）合理竞赛及活动各项费用开支率

3、客户陪访及员工福利说明会的举办 20%

1）客户陪访、制定建议书、讲解投保方案等

2）推动营销员开展职域营销

3）员工福利说明会举办

4、营销员渠道沟通及维护 10%

1）定期与个险渠道业务推动岗沟通

2）定期与营销员主管沟通

1、大学本科或以上学历

2、3年以上相关工作经验

3、具备市场营销经验，尤其在团体保险领域有实践经验

4、客户导向，具备极强的沟通能力、快速解决问题及决策能力
