About the program

We are providing an excellent 6 (six) month hybrid program as opportunity for everyone excited about Data analytics and Business Intelligence using Splunk Platform. The program is designed in two modules: first we will cover Splunk Core Developer fundamentals and second module dedicated on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The program offers hands-on learning and experience tackling real-world issues. Our tailored approach applies to an individual’s strengths and potential and we believe that this method is the most efficient one to provide the required attention, which is crucial for gaining knowledge and new skills. AI is built into the program from day one: you will have your own Claude licence and dedicated AI learning paths, and you will use AI tooling as a standard part of how you build, test and deliver — the way we work across valantic.

This is a paid internship program that requires full-time dedication. At the end, based on your performance, you will be given a chance to join valantic BG team on a permanent position.

What Are You Going To Do?

In our internship program, you will be part of our e-Commerce Monitoring solution team. You are going to learn basics of SPL (Search Processing Language) and build various Dashboards, Alerts and widgets. You will be part of the development team and will get familiar with the software development process in use.

Main Responsibilities:

• Learn Splunk Core Fundamentals
• Learning SalesForce Commerce Cloud fundamentals
• Create dashboards, alerts and data ingestions based on real customer problems
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines that package, version and deploy monitoring content into customer environments (pipeline creation, release and management)
• Apply AI tooling in your daily work — using your own Claude licence to generate and refine SPL, troubleshoot and speed up delivery
• Ensure quality and accuracy of your deliverables

• Use team collaboration tools to deliver your code (BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

What Do We Expect?

• Basic understanding in SQL and OOP
• Desire to learn in Big Data and ecommerce
• Open minded - explore different ideas and ways of working
• Excellent English level
• Spend at least 3 days per week in our office in Sofia

What is next?

• Apply until 23rd August 2026
• Each applicant receives a note whether he/she continues forward in the process or not.
• If you are among the selected ones – we will provide you with invite for short basic technical compatibility test. Based on your results will move you to the next step, which is a formal meeting with our hiring managers
• Final round- successful candidates will receive an opportunity and offer to join our program
