We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance on all the equipment at AirCo. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining spare parts inventories and tracking PM schedules. This person will ensure our production and lab units are operating safely and efficiently. This person must have mechanical, pneumatic, controls, and electrical experience. This role is based in New Britain, PA with occasional travel to our remote location(s).
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Plan and analyze maintenance tasks to support organizational priorities.
- →Troubleshoot issues as needed.
- →Repair or replace equipment and system components as needed.
- →Identify, suggest and support implementation of improvements to existing equipment
- →Ensure all safety systems are functioning properly
- →Manage work records using our maintenance tracking software platform.
- →Perform general facility maintenance including painting, drywall patching, and minor electrical or plumbing repairs
- →Coordinate/assist with vendors/contractors as needed.
- →Implement and maintain a PM program on necessary equipment.
- 5-10 years of maintenance experience in production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety systems relating to equipment and facilities
- Knowledge of industry standards as applied to industrial environments
- Has an interest in sustainability, technology, science, cultural progress, and startup environments
- Strong bias for action
- Proven ability to work with others, strong interpersonal and influencing skills
