Role Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring passenger are welcomed aboard our clean, fully stocked aircraft. This role has a critical impact on customer satisfaction and comfort.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean all areas inside our aircrafts
- Stock the aircraft with appropriate inventory
- Ensure food safety and security regulations are adhered to during storage and transfer
- Working as a team to exceed our impeccable standards of cleanliness and preparedness
- Transport freight between aircraft and airport warehouse
Must haves:
- Have a valid Drivers License
- Physically fit and able to life up to 70 pounds
- A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
- Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
- Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to haves:
- Previous cleaning experience
- Previous aviation experience
