Lead and develop a high-performing sales and operations team, driving a collaborative and customer-focused culture
Set clear objectives and KPIs aligned to business goals
Support the Managing Director in delivering regional commercial and operational outcomes
Drive business growth through customer engagement, strategic negotiations, and new opportunities
Manage key proposals and build relationships through regional and international client interaction
Develop and deliver strategies to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency
Optimise processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience
Monitor performance and take action to ensure targets are met
Build strong customer relationships to support long-term growth and satisfaction
Oversee budgets, ensuring cost control and revenue growth
Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain quality assurance
Provide regular performance reporting and collaborate cross-functionally
