Dedicated account freight provides CDL-A truck drivers with consistent weekly miles, predictable scheduling, and established delivery routes throughout Virginia and West Virginia. Earn $1,475–$1,525 per week, enjoy weekly home time, and receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus while running dedicated freight.

Driving Overview

Drivers average approximately 2,000 miles per week across four dedicated runs averaging 490 miles each. Freight operates on a continuous schedule with mostly overnight departures, creating familiar routes and dependable freight volume.

Freight is primarily drop-and-hook with some live unloading using motorized pallet jacks. No manual heavy lifting is required, and training is provided for pallet jack operation. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is part of the regular schedule.

Drivers receive a guaranteed 34-hour reset each week. Those living within 30 miles of the Roanoke terminal may complete daily 10-hour breaks at home based on their assigned schedule.

Equipment You'll Drive

Operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth sleeper tractor equipped with a 1,200–1,500-watt inverter. Trucks are maintained on regular service schedules to help reduce downtime.

Driver Qualifications

Valid CDL-A license
