Junior Quantity Surveyor

The Junior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for minimizing project costs and maximizing value while ensuring that the required quality and standards are met. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of project costing, contract management, and site coordination. Working closely with Project Leaders, the Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the end-to-end financial management of projects from inception to completion, contributing to the efficiency and success of the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management and Financial Reporting

• Conduct ongoing cost analysis to ensure project financial goals are
• Manage interim payment assessments and oversee the cost management

Support Site Operations and Material Control

• Support on-site measurements and maintain detailed

Claims and Documentation Management

• Prepare claims documentation in accordance with specifications, drawings, and bills of

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Educational background in construction, engineering, quantity surveying, or similar
• Previous experience in a similar or related role is a plus
