OtherClient Services Specialist
Allied Community Care is a growing provider of high-quality direct support services in Pennsylvania. We are committed to individualized, programmatic care that empowers the people we support to thrive. As we expand our presence in York County and across the Commonwealth, we are building a team that shares our passion for excellence, dignity, and client-centered service.
The Client Services Specialist is a role that goes far beyond filling a temporary staffing gap. You will be the person who launches services with excellence, builds deep knowledge of each client, and ensures that the transition to a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) team is seamless, informed, and set up for long-term success.
When not actively onboarding new clients, this role supports Pennsylvania quality assurance through field observation and DSP coaching — helping Allied maintain its commitment to excellence across every service delivered.
