Experienced PRACTICE Capacity-Building Coach Consultants

Allies4Outcomes (A4O) is expanding its Practice Capacity-Building team and seeking skilled consultants who are ready to translate their field expertise into measurable improvements in practice, workforce stability, and outcomes.
This is an opportunity to move beyond a single agency and directly strengthen workers, supervisors, and managers across systems, supporting real-time practice change where it matters most.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Apply A4O’s neuroscience-informed Leadership & Practice Capacity-Building© model at the frontline and supervisory levels
- →Deliver hands-on, high-impact capacity-building with workers, supervisors, and managers
- →Facilitate engaging, practice-based learning grounded in real case application
- →Provide in-the-moment coaching, modeling, and feedback to strengthen decision-making and practice quality
- →Support supervisors in building effective coaching, accountability, and team development structures
- →Partner with agencies to improve practice fidelity, workforce retention, and service outcomes
- →Collaborate on innovative, results-driven initiatives across counties and jurisdictions
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Human Services (HHS/DSS or equivalent), with significant time in a supervisory role or higher (required)
- Direct experience in child welfare and/or adult and aging services, including policy, practice, and CQI
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline staff and supervisors
- Strong understanding of practice models such as Safety Organized Practice, PATH NC, or similar frameworks
- Experience facilitating training, coaching in real-time, and translating theory into practice
- Ability to engage staff at all levels and influence practice in complex, fast-paced environments
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfort working independently, remotely, and across diverse teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
