As a member of the Intensive Support Social Work Team (ISSWT), you will engage in direct child welfare practice, to include:

Completing backlog assessment cases
Conducting assessment initiations
Supporting Family In-Home Services and Permanency Planning through visits, case planning, and related activities
Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
Ensuring practice aligns with federal and state law, policy, and best practices
Partnering with counties to carry cases (anticipated expansion in 2026)
