ACG_2400_JOB Our client, a top university in Vietnam, is looking for a top-notch talent to join their firm. Organize and carry out fundraising initiatives, alumni engagement, career services assistance for students and alumni, and industry and organization interaction. Create the Department's yearly strategic plan and action plan in accordance with the university's overall strategic plan and action plan. To provide students and graduates with internships, professional development, and career possibilities, cultivate and preserve advantageous partnerships with top local and foreign businesses. Collaborate closely with industry partners by collaborating with these stakeholders to: Encourage, assist, and provide students internship possibilities. Engage students in business case contests and initiatives that focus on companies' answers to real-world business problems. Contribute to the curriculum development of the program, serve as an industry speaker, be an associated faculty member, mentor students, and advise specific courses. Urge business partners to fund professor and student research initiatives that businesses are interested in. Sponsor specific financial aid programs or scholarships for students in need of financial assistance. Work closely with Colleges to comprehend their unique demands and, in light of those needs and requests, find possible industrial partnerships. Develop content, tools, and assistance for students and graduates by implementing career preparedness programs and seminars (resume, cover letters, internship and job application, networking, testing, assessment centers, etc.). Organize seminars to inform the community about the requirements of students and alumni in terms of professional development. Manage the Career Service Management platform and CRM system, and collaborate closely with both external and internal stakeholders (college reps) to make the most of the system and platform. Encourage the creation of frameworks and regulations for student-alumni engagement. Additional responsibilities as delegated by upper management. Requirements Education and Experience Master's degree from a reputable academic institution. Overseas education in an English-speaking country is prefered but not required. Minimum of 7 years' experience working in a respectable business environment, an international organization, or an academic institution with a track record of accomplishment in the workplace and collaboration with various stakeholders. Good knowledge of methods for engaging with the industry. Possess a large industrial network. strong familiarity with trends in a variety of industrial areas. Experience applying for jobs and internships, as well as providing guidance and mentoring, is advantageous. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, networking, and coordinating skills; strong communication abilities. Outstanding communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, both in writing and speaking. A strong focus on results, resilience, effective time management, and the capacity to multitask and work under pressure to fulfill deadlines. Able to deliver excellent account management and services to a broad range of stakeholders, including staff, students, alumni, employers, and college representatives. Have prior experience with a similar CRM system or career management platform is a plus.
