Develop a comprehensive architecture framework that aligns with the bank's business strategy. Develop technology standards, best practices, and design methodologies to support evolving business needs. Explore and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance competitiveness, improve service quality, and drive industry leadership. Assess, design, and recommend optimal solution architectures for business initiatives and projects. Evaluate and approve solution designs to ensure compliance with architectural principles, technology standards, and IT strategic direction. Collaborate on technology projects and provide architectural oversight as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline. Deep understanding of the bank’s IT strategy and five-year technology roadmap. Proven experience in architecting solutions for critical banking operations, including Payments, BPM, Data Warehousing, Risk Management, Lending, MSA, and Big Data. Strong expertise in solution analysis, design, and technology selection. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience implementing end-to-end banking solutions across business, applications, and infrastructure (e.g., cards, core banking, internet banking, data warehousing). Proficiency in English with a minimum TOEIC score of 650. Solid knowledge of technology architecture management and advanced enterprise architecture frameworks (EA, TOGAF, etc.). Proactive mindset with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Benefits Probation period with 100% salary, total annual income equivalent to approximately 15-17 months' salary.
