Tax Manager

ACG_3618_JOB Our client is a leading e-commerce enabler in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm Manage and coordinate all activities of the tax accounting team to ensure compliance with current tax regulations. Take responsibility for the preparation, review, and timely submission of tax returns (VAT, CIT, PIT, foreign contractor tax, business license tax, etc.). Supervise tax accounting entries in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and completeness of data. Monitor, analyze, and resolve tax-related issues; liaise with tax authorities when required. Organize and maintain systematic tax records and documentation to support audits, inspections, and internal reviews. Develop and improve tax policies and procedures; provide guidance, training, and professional support to team members. Lead tax planning activities, advising and proposing tax optimization solutions while ensuring compliance. Collaborate with other departments (accounting, finance, legal, operations, etc.) to address tax-related matters in business operations. Collaborate with auditors and internal control teams for audit and review purposes Perform other tasks as assigned by managers Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Taxation. Professional certifications in accounting/tax (e.g., CPA, ACCA.) are an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax, including at least 2 years in a senior or team leader role. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and accounting regulations; experience in working with tax authorities. Proven leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and coach team members. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
