We are currently seeking a Junior Lighting Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting tests on automotive lighting systems to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

1. →Conduct testing of automotive lighting systems in accordance with established procedures.
2. →Assist in the development of test plans and methodologies.
3. →Document test results and report any defects or issues.
4. →Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve identified issues.
5. →Support the continuous improvement of testing processes.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of lighting systems and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools and software used for testing and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
