Responsibilities

→IE/Station Designer/Production Experiences to engineer and optimize GA Workstations (Operator, Material, Tooling, Torque Tool, ICT Interfaces – Holistic Workstation Approach)
→Workstation Quality Audit Experiences
→Team Building and People Skills – Pull key stakeholders together on a regular basis to plan and design workstations
→Issue Identifications and Closure – collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workstation related issues in RMS (Readiness Management System) and resolve and track them
→Change Management – Manage and document changes related to scroll update after scroll freeze
→Logistics/Material Display Experiences to integrate into workstation engineering
→Understand Operator Foot Print and Interface with PFS (Performance Feedback System)
→GA Launch Experiences from Scroll Development and Workstation Optimization Perspectives
→Excellent Project Management Skills
