You’ll play a key role across the full sales cycle: responding to inbound enquiries, converting leads into bookings, proactively reaching out to new corporate clients, and building strong relationships that encourage repeat business. This isn’t just an order-taking role. We’re looking for someone who can spot opportunities, take initiative, and help grow relationships within our existing client base over time.
AmazingCo creates and delivers unique experiences across Australia and globally, leading the Joy movement, with a mission to help people lead more fulfilling lives. We are at the forefront of the experiences and events industry, and we are seeking people who are genuinely passionate about what they do to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Actually Do
- Convert inbound enquiries from corporate clients into confirmed bookings
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
- Understand client needs and match them to the right experience from our catalogue
- Great opportunity to personalise events and build new event offerings
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth event delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve how we sell and retain corporate clients
- Option to proactively prospect and reach out to new corporate clients
- A natural relationship builder who follows through and earns trust
- Proactive and self-motivated - you don't wait for leads to come to you
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and bookings at the same time.
- Someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and bringing joy to life’s special moments
- A genuine interest in the events, experiences or essential
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success is preferred
- Experience is great, but passion and initiative matter just as much to us. If you think you’d be a great fit, tell us why
- A supportive, inclusive culture with a global team passionate about what they do
- Flexible hybrid working — 3 days in our Abbotsford office, 2 days from home
- Free street parking plus easy access to public transport
- Staff discounts, team events and a dog-friendly office
- A fast-growing company with real opportunities for career progression
- Ongoing training and support to help you thrive
While this role is ideally full-time, we’re open to flexibility for exceptional candidates, so let us know your availability.
Send your resume and a short cover letter telling us about a professional experience where you earnt trust and rapport. We want to understand how you approach sales - not just what roles you've held.
