Responsibilities

→ Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory
→ Negotiate contracts with event vendors
→ Plan and maintain a yearly calendar of events and shows
→ Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators
→ Schedule staff for events and ensure proper coverage
→ Coordinate booth setup and teardown
→ Generate leads by setting appointments for free in-home consultations
→ Collect contest entries at events
→ Follow up with leads to schedule consultations
→ Track, measure, and report event performance and results

Ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
