The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,500 - $75,000 (commensurate with related experience).

Responsibilities

1.      Operational Management
  • Collaborate with senior staff to set program objectives and timelines and support the implementation of program goals and strategies.
  • Identify and secure necessary resources.
  • Coordinate logistics and resources, and help manage participation for meetings, educational sessions and events.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure program activities stay on track.
2.      Program Development
  • Manage program elements in alignment with strategic goals. Look for opportunities to improve/expand program.
  • Help promote the program’s mission through outreach, engagement activities and relationship building.
  • Contribute to program improvement by participating in planning discussions and assisting with research and data collection.
3.      Committee Support & Communication
  • Provide logistical support to assigned committees and workgroups.
  • Assist with stakeholder communication by answering questions and sharing program information.
  • Help prepare outreach materials to support program communications and marketing efforts.
4.      Program Effectiveness
  • Collect and organize data to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Track participation and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in preparing reports to assess progress toward program goals.
5.      Project Management Support
  • Support the planning and execution of projects within the assigned program area.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
  • At least 2-5+ years of professional project/program coordination or management experience is required.
  • Experience in associations, professional societies, healthcare, or healthcare administration is desired.
  • Experience working with committees and cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Qualtrics and/or Survey Monkey a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem solving, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
