Steady refrigerated freight demand and organized dispatch planning give CDL-A drivers the opportunity to stay productive while running established regional lanes with scheduled home time and no-touch freight.

Your Equipment: Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors are equipped with an APU, inverter, refrigerator, Bluetooth capability, and outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are used throughout the fleet, and assigned tractors may be parked at home when secure parking is available.

Pay & Home Time: Drivers earn $1,350–$1,550 per week with pay issued for every dispatched mile, loaded and empty. This regional position includes two days at home every other week, helping provide a predictable schedule while maintaining consistent weekly mileage. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with quarterly performance incentives and additional accessorial pay when applicable.

The Route: Drivers operate primarily east of I-35 hauling temperature-controlled freight. Loads are 100% no-touch and include a balanced mix of drop-and-hook freight and scheduled live-load appointments, helping keep freight moving throughout the week.
