The Organizational Corporate Communications and Change Partner is a strategic role responsible for driving successful organizational change, communication effectiveness, and operational readiness within a mid-sized, innovation-driven biotech company. This role blends organizational change management, internal employee communications and external communications related to MyoSite’s Employer and Employee Value Propositions to achieve the organization’s Mission by attracting and driving an engaged workforce.This role also integrates communications into organizational development programs, including talent development, workforce planning, and EVP/ERVP initiatives.Housed within Organizational Development, this role partners cross-functionally with senior leaders across the enterprise to drive alignment, reduce risk, and enable successful execution of business priorities by acting as a vital bridge between the company’s leadership and the employees, ensuring that business transitions, transformations, and other notable happenings impacting our people & culture (e.g., mergers, new programs and system rollouts, policy changes, growth, restructuring, transition from clinical to commercial, events, celebrations, recognitions, accomplishments, etc.) are clearly communicated, understood and aligned with our Mission, Vision, core Values and business plans, while also ensuring regulatory (GxP) requirements, and corporate brand standards are followed.Initially, key focus areas will include supporting organizational readiness for product launch, commercialization, and post-market operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated internal communication and change management strategies aligned with enterprise goals.• Embed change management best practices (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) into organizational initiatives.• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support transformation initiatives, including commercialization readiness and product launch.• Identify communication gaps using data, metrics, and stakeholder insights; recommend solutions.• Create clear, consistent, and compelling messaging outlining business rationale, impacts, and benefits of change.• Drive stakeholder engagement, proactively manage resistance, and accelerate adoption of organizational initiatives.• Develop communication materials, including executive communications, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and digital content.• Support internal and external communications, including leadership messaging, campaigns, and events.• Contribute to external employer brand communications, including website and social media content aligned to culture, employee experience, and EVP/ERVP, in partnership with Brand & Experience• Ensure all communications align with GxP compliance and corporate brand standards.• Monitor communication effectiveness using analytics and feedback loops; adjust strategies accordingly.• Track and measure communication effectiveness and adoption using analytics and feedback loops; continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes

Requirements

Experience:• Several years of experience in corporate communications, change management, or organizational transformation• Experience in HR, Organizational Development, or program/project management preferred• Experience in biotech, pharma, or regulated GxP environments preferredEducation & Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey) preferred• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferredKey Success Factors• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities• High emotional intelligence and influencing skills• Strong stakeholder and project management skills• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity• Commitment to continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
