Salary/Payrate: $55,000–$65,000 annually + bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

Job Description:

This position plays a critical role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, with a particular emphasis on written discovery, document management, and trial preparation.

Key responsibilities include draft, review, and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production; manage large volumes of documents and oversee document production; coordinate and organize case files, exhibits, and deposition materials; prepare witness and exhibit lists; file pleadings and manage deadlines in state and federal courts; communicate professionally with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Candidates should have a minimum 3 years of litigation experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with eDiscovery software; and exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
