Sr Backend Engineer

• →Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services within a microservices architecture.
• →Build and support core RCM platform services, including payment, eligibility, cost, and discount services.
• →Develop high-performance, reliable APIs and ensure system scalability and resilience.
• →Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to backend system design decisions.
• →Support integration between backend services and frontend applications.
• →Contribute to full-stack initiatives, including Angular upgrades and UI auditing features such as RTE calculation workflows.
• →Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• →Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• →Contribute to innovation initiatives, including participation in engineering AI programs and committees.

• Strong experience with backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and modern backend development practices.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
