A&P Technology’s success has created the need for more team members, specifically in the engineering field. We are now looking for Mechanical Engineers who are confident and motivated. Our Mechanical Engineers are involved in the design and set-up of our manufacturing equipment as well as special projects as they arise.
 
Mechanical Engineering Responsibilities:
   

• ​Designing and enhancing manufacturing equipment to meet the demands of production while helping to improve braiding processes
• Analyzing individual solutions and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met
• Providing engineering drawings for the manufacture of processing equipment
• Encouraging, evaluating, and implementing employee’s suggestions for continuous improvement of procedures and methods
• Providing technical engineering services responsive to customer’s needs

 
Requirements:
 

• Bachelor Degree with a focus in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Skills and/or Controls Knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to document database development and maintenance procedure
• Self-motivated, adaptable personality, and willing to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
