Responsibilities

- →Perform Security Officer duties when needed
- →Implement and enforce security procedures
- →Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
- →Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
- →Communicate with operations management
- →Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out
- →Assist with payroll and personnel management
- You’re a strong, motivating leader
- You communicate clearly and confidently
- You handle stressful situations with composure
- You understand security operations and technology
- You’re organized, proactive, and solution‑focused
- You excel at coaching and developing teams
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years security experience, including 1 year supervisory
- Valid State Guard License
- Strong knowledge of security operations
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours
