Delaware North New Zealand is hiring a full-time Commis Chefs to join our team at the exciting new BurgerFuel opening at Auckland Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from day one, preparing BurgerFuel's fresh, high-quality menu in a fast-paced airport environment. • →Prepare and cook menu items to BurgerFuel recipes and brand standards
• →Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
• →Manage stock rotation, portion control and minimise food waste
• →Complete temperature checks and follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• →Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
• →Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• →Ensure HACCP and WHS compliance and company operational standards

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or QSR environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive during busy service periods
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and stock rotation practices 
• Willingness to learn under guidance from our senior chefs
• Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
