Responsibilities

→Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
→Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
→Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
→Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
→Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination

Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
