Responsibilities

→Develop customer growth, loyalty and retention strategies aligned to revenue goals
→Grow loyalty membership, engagement and retention
→Lead lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation
→Increase visitation, spend and lifetime value across Gaming, Accommodation and Food & Beverage
→Deliver targeted campaigns and promotions with measurable ROI
→Use customer data, segmentation and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
→Partner across Gaming, VIP, Loyalty, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment and Operations
→Execute approved plans and campaigns
→Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable team
→Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
Experienced in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle, customer or growth marketing
Proven success using engagement, retention and loyalty strategies to deliver commercial results
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end campaigns, driving commercial growth and business outcomes
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer insights, segmentation and behavioural data
A track record of leading high-performing marketing teams
Commercial acumen across revenue growth, customer value and marketing ROI
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in gaming, hospitality, tourism, entertainment or another customer-led environment is highly regarded
