Remote Veteran Benefits Coordinator

We are hiring compassionate, service-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote opportunity allows you to continue serving others while building long-term professional growth in a structured, supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll connect with veterans and families who requested additional information about available benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their options with professionalism and care.

There is no cold calling, door-to-door outreach, or unsolicited prospecting.

Review supplemental benefit options with veterans and their families

Guide clients through enrollment with clarity, professionalism, and care

Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication

Provide responsive support throughout the client experience

Participate in team coaching sessions, mentorship calls, and professional development programs

Build strong client relationships through consistency and trust

Service-minded professionals passionate about helping others

Strong communicators comfortable conducting virtual meetings

Organized individuals who work well independently in a remote environment

Veterans, military spouses, and individuals passionate about supporting the military community

Candidates comfortable using Zoom and cloud-based digital systems

Customer service, leadership, consulting, or sales experience is helpful but not required

Must live and be authorized to work in the United States

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with functioning webcam

Must be physically located within the United States
