WFH Customer Success Agent (Entry Level)

In this role, you’ll work with individuals who have requested additional information about available benefits and want to learn whether they may qualify for coverage. You’ll help guide them through their options while building valuable experience in communication, client relations, and leadership.

Customer service, leadership, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
