Benefits Solutions Representative

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals for our remote Benefits Solutions Representative opportunity.

Rather than spending your day making unsolicited calls, you’ll connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs.

You’ll receive the training and mentorship needed to confidently conduct virtual consultations, understand client needs, explain available solutions, and assist with enrollment.

You’ll:

• Contact individuals who requested information
• Schedule virtual appointments
• Conduct consultations through Zoom
• Identify client needs
• Explain available benefit programs
• Assist with enrollment
• Provide ongoing client service
• Maintain organized records and follow-up
• Participate in continued training

No prior insurance experience is required.

• Must be a U.S. resident physically working within the United States
• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Ability to use Zoom and cloud-based tools
