Client Benefits Specialist

If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, asking the right questions, and making complicated information easier to understand, AO Globe Life is looking for professionals like you.

Our Client Benefits Specialists work remotely with individuals and families who have requested additional information about available supplemental benefits.

You don’t need previous industry experience to get started. We provide training, mentorship, licensing support, and continued professional development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with clients who have requested information
• Scheduling virtual appointments
• Conducting benefit consultations through Zoom
• Identifying client needs
• Clearly explaining available options
• Assisting clients with enrollment
• Following up and providing ongoing service
• Maintaining organized digital records
• Participating in team meetings and professional development

We’re looking for professionals who communicate confidently, stay organized, take initiative, and are comfortable being accountable for their own schedule and performance.

Experience in customer service, consulting, hospitality, account management, or another client-facing environment can translate well, but previous experience is not required.

Candidates must:

• Reside and work within the United States
• Have a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Be comfortable working with Zoom and digital platforms
