→Create and manage purchase orders across systems with full traceability
→Track deliveries, manage ETAs, and act on system-flagged delays
→Maintain master data and product catalogue accuracy
→Issue and track RFQs, recording supplier quotes
→Expedite orders and manage long lead-time items
→Produce regular reports on POs, RFQs, and deliveries
→Liaise with internal teams and international stakeholders

Requirements

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Advanced Excel skills
Clear communication and professionalism with suppliers
Ability to manage multiple priorities

ERP experience (e.g. SAP Business One)
RFQ and supplier evaluation experience
Knowledge of data management or engineering components
Background in purchasing or supply chains
