Maintenance Technician

We are looking for associates who look forward to coming to work and want to make a positive impact in maintenance support for the production team as a Maintenance Technician.

We are growing fast and need a technician who can jump in and keep our operation running at peak performance. You’ll work directly with laser cutting equipment, CMM machines, welding systems, and facility infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly reduces downtime and improves production flow.

• →Take ownership of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• →Maintain and support laser machines, welding systems, and CMM inspection equipment.
• →Execute preventive maintenance with urgency and accuracy to prevent unplanned downtime.
• →Ensure work is performed safely and in full compliance with OSHA and LOTO requirements.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (fabrication experience is a strong plus).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills — you know how to get equipment back online fast.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where reliability matters.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
• Exposure to heat, noise, welding operations, and moving machinery.
• Use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection as required.
