Quality Engineer

• → Develop and implement quality plans aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• →Manage the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process to ensure timely resolution of returns.
• →Lead the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
• →Maintain and update work instructions for clarity and compliance.
• →Conduct process capability studies and recommend quality improvements.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• →Schedule and conduct supplier audits to promote standardization and performance improvement.
• →Lead initiatives to enhance supplier capability and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• →Prepare and oversee qualification test plans, procedures, and reports.
• →Perform internal audits and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality assurance (required).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.
• Experience in auditing and evaluating quality systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC-based tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Frequent use of hands, sitting, talking, and hearing.
• Occasional standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Visual acuity, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.

Travel Required: Yes – occasional travel to supplier and customer sites 10-15%

• Ability to interpret engineering documentation and technical procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills using tools such as 8D, 5 WHY, Pareto Analysis.
• Familiarity with supplier quality standards and procedures.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
