About the Role
~1 min readIn this role, you will support the delivery and management of a diverse range of Medical Affairs projects, working closely with clients, scientific teams, and expert stakeholders. Projects may include:
- Advisory boards and steering committee management
- Scientific meeting support and logistics
- Symposia planning and organisation
- Internal training materials
- Evidence communication and data dissemination activities
- Stakeholder engagement
You'll be involved in day-to-day project and client management, supporting the successful execution of high-quality deliverables while contributing to the smooth running of multi-faceted workstreams.
- Experience in a Medical Communications agency role
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience managing and monitoring budgets & timelines
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, confident communication with clients, colleagues, and external experts
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success
- Appetite for learning and growing your scientific and strategic capabilities
