Join us as the Head of Account Management and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. This is a key role, ensuring wide distribution, promotion, and prominent game positioning with our partners. Our company is seeking an ambitious candidate who can shape the future of Apparat and grow our stellar team.
- Build and grow relationships with key clients all over the world
- Manage a portfolio of global operator and aggregator accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and consistent turnover growth
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with existing operators
- Develop and maintain structured account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly growth targets
- Grow Revenue in line with company forecasts
- Analyze product and partner performance (GGR, turnover, session KPIs, utilization metrics) to drive actionable insights
- Prepare and lead commercial proposals and deal extensions. Prepare and negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines
- Represent the company at events and industry conferences tailored to igaming companies
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience as a senior partner manager / account manager / commercial manager / affiliate manager within the iGaming industry is mandatory
- Being located in one of the iGaming hubs in Europe or Asia is a big plus
- Proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving and exceeding established revenue targets
- A passion for strong sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to build trust, strong social and people skills
- Understanding of ROI and an analytical approach
- Strong communication and written ability in English is essential (an additional language would be an asset)
- Be presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours
