Designs, develops, and delivers both remote and in-class web-based training programs and courses, including course materials, exercises, and skills evaluations. Monitors progress and completion of eLearning courses
Provides comprehensive orientation training to new staff members, including an introduction to credits unions, information about Apple background and culture, review of Apple website and intranet, an overview of credit union products and services, and problem resolution training
Oversees the conceptualization, development, and layout of the technical infrastructure required to deliver digital eLearning content to credit union staff members
Develops eLearning courses by utilizing design process technique. Coordinates the implementation, support, and maintenance of learning technologies
Provides Learning Management System support to end users, publishing and linking courses, and corresponding with vendors
Coordinates and maintains the Apple FCUniversity SharePoint site by posting and updating course materials, training calendar, and other information. Reviews SharePoint page and keeps it up to date
Creates and administers eLearning courses; analyzes and reports on end-user progress; recommends and integrates training improvement strategies based on findings
Serves as technical audio/visual support for the Talent Development Department. Works with internal suppliers/vendors to ensure classroom equipment is configured and properly functioning
Maintains an awareness of eLearning industry and trends by attending seminars/workshops, reviewing professional publications, becoming an active member of a training/eLearning roundtable, and establishes professional networks and relationships
One to three years of training/instructional design or credit union operations experience. Proven experience with adult learning principles and course design techniques, as well as the ability to identify and fulfill adult student needs. Experience conducting and preparing training required
College degree in Business, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field required. Designation of eLearning certification preferred
Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Familiarity of learning management systems, including knowledge of Adobe & Articulate is a plus. Ability to maintain comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union Operations and departmental functions. Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving. Possess self-motivation, workload management, and organizational skills. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure/training manuals. PC proficient, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to use standard office and training equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, projectors, cameras, etc. Travel (to branch locations) is required as needed. Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment
