Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
As a Electrical Engineer in Greater Milwaukee, WI, you will:
- Assist with wire harness design, component selection, routing, and system integration
- Create, update, and maintain electrical schematics and documentation using AutoCAD Electrical
- Work within a scrum/agile engineering environment, contributing to sprint planning, standups, and iterative design cycles
- Support cross‑functional teams with design updates, documentation, and technical problem‑solving
- Participate in on‑site engineering activities, equipment evaluations, customer discussions, and project execution
- Travel to customer locations and/or work onsite to support project execution
- Ensure designs meet safety, manufacturability, and compliance expectations
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in Oak Creek, St. Francis, Franklin, Kenosha, and Racine, and the greater Milwaukee metro
- Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD Electrical (schematics, panel layouts, routing, or similar)
- Ability and willingness to travel based on project needs
- Experience working in a scrum or agile engineering setting
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and cross‑functional teams
- Adaptable, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and within collaborative groups
- Capable of working independently and as a team member
- Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset
- Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Desire to work on a variety of projects
