Reporting to our Brooklyn Park office, located just north of Minneapolis and St. Paul, we welcome candidates from the Twin Cities and beyond to apply.

What We Offer
~1 min read$94,000 - $110,00 annually, DOE
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
As an Project Manager in Burnsville, MN, you will:
- Thrive in a fast‑moving, highly dynamic project environment with many competing priorities Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong organizational discipline and follow‑through
- Demonstrate a proactive, go‑getter mindset; pursue answers independently without freezing, stalling, or overwhelming stakeholders
- Bring an engineering background or strong technical aptitude to ensure high‑quality outputs, not just checked boxes
- Advocate confidently and eloquently for deliverables and project outcomes
- Absorb large volumes of information quickly and retain key details
- Build strong relationships quickly and adapt communication style to meet clients and partners where they are
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; ability to prepare weekly reports for senior leadership is a plus
- Travel frequently and flexibly; willingness to be on the road for extended periods is essential
- Maintain composure, curiosity, and persistence when navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and incomplete information
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners across the Minneapolis Metro
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in Burnsville, Savage, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Eagan, Lakeville, and Prior Lake, and the greater Twin Cities
- Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience managing engineering projects
- PMP Certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel as needed
- Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for managing teams and driving results
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Capable of working independently and as a team member
- Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset
- Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Desire to work on a variety of projects
