Key Responsibilities Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the qual system is functioning properly. Devise and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications. Review customer requirements and ensuring that they are met. Comply with quality standards in accordance with AMAT QMS ; Ensure that manufacturing or production processes meet local and international standards (where applicable). Communicate quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff; Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports Where appropriate, advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality. Functional Knowledge * Demonstrates understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own job family and basic knowledge of other related job families. Business Expertise * Applies understanding of how the team relates to other closely related areas to improve efficiency of own team Leadership * Has formal supervisory responsibilities; sets priorities for and coaches employees to meet daily deadlines Problem Solving * Uses judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems Impact * Impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the business unit, department or sub-function Interpersonal Skills * Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and handle sensitive issues * May be required to interact with outside customers, vendors or suppliers Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
