Operations Manager for the South Region Client Services SBS Position Summary The Operations Manager leads day-to-day service and business operations, ensuring the team delivers against productivity, quality, client experience, and business goals. This role drives performance, develops talent, improves processes, and partners across functions to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations to achieve service, productivity, quality, and timeliness targets Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive process improvements Execute business priorities and ensure follow-through on key actions and escalations Lead, coach, and develop team managers and/or associates Conduct performance discussions, set expectations, and reinforce accountability Support hiring, onboarding, talent development, and retention Champion a strong client experience mindset across the team Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service outcomes Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational requirements Contribute insights and recommendations based on operational trends and team results Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of operations, service, or business management experience 2+ years of people leadership experience Strong ability to manage performance through metrics and data Experience improving workflows, service delivery, and team execution Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Experience in payroll, HR services, shared services, or business operations Experience leading managers or multiple teams Background in process improvement or quality management
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of operations, service, or business management experience 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management Strong ability to lead through metrics, drive accountability, and improve operational results Experience managing workflows, service delivery, and cross-functional coordination Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointLocation & Eligibility
