We are seeking a results-driven Senior Supply Product Manager to join our growing team at BidMachine. This role will focus on the supply side of our Ad Network, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize the flow of inventory and maximize revenue opportunities for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ad Tech, programmatic advertising, and deep experience in supply-side products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for the supply-side product offering within BidMachine, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including publishers, ad operations, and data teams, to identify market needs and develop innovative product solutions.
  • Analyze supply-side performance data to make informed product decisions, optimizing for publisher revenue and advertiser satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage product features related to supply-side inventory management, auction dynamics, and demand-supply matching algorithms.
  • Drive product improvements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to define and prioritize product requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, programmatic advertising standards, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on supply-side products within the Ad Tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the ad network or programmatic advertising space.
  • Strong understanding of supply-side advertising technologies, including mediations, direct integrations, header bidding, RTB, SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), and ad exchanges.
  • Experience working with large-scale, data-driven products, and leveraging analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a broad range of audiences, from technical teams to business leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience with supply-side optimization and improving publisher monetization strategies.
  • Knowledge of programmatic ad formats (display, video, native) and the broader ad tech ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, machine learning, or data science techniques for optimizing ad networks.
