Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician to join a dynamic team that supports a group of Western restaurants. This role is crucial for ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in optimal condition, allowing for efficient operations and a high-quality dining experience.

• →Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, grills, and refrigeration units.
• →Conduct regular inspections of kitchen tools and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly.
• →Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• →Collaborate with kitchen staff to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize disruption.
• →Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies required for repairs.
• →Keep maintenance records and reports for all equipment serviced.
• →Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.

• →Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• →Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures.
• →Ability to troubleshoot and repair various kitchen appliances efficiently.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• →Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
• →Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
• →Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as required.
• →Must be currently residing in the UAE.
