We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in the staffing industry to spearhead our efforts in building partnerships with major system integrators, Gold/Platinum partners, and industry leaders.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build and expand relationships with major companies, system integrators, and Gold/Platinum partners of industry giants like Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Google Cloud, AWS Cloud, KPMG, EY, Accenture, OpenAI, Crowdstrike, and other ERP, Cybersecurity, and AI solution providers.
- →Drive Business Growth: Develop partnerships with Series A, B, C funded startups, as well as leaders in Manufacturing, Hedge Funds, Insurance, Financials/Brokerage, and Retail industries.
- →Deliver High-End Staffing Solutions: Position our company as the go-to provider for premium contractors, focusing on quality over low-cost solutions.
- →Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing relationships and create new ones to drive business opportunities and revenue growth.
- →Own Your P&L: Take full ownership of your profit and loss, with incentives tied directly to your performance.
- →Target Key Geographies: Focus on North and South America, with some opportunities in Europe.
- Proven Sales Leader: Extensive experience in sales and business development within the staffing industry, with a strong network of connections in the target industries.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify and capitalize on high-value opportunities with major system integrators and enterprise clients.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of ERP, Cybersecurity, AI, LLM, RAG, and cloud solutions is a significant advantage.
