US Onboarding Executive/Specialist

We are seeking a skilled US Onboarding Specialist with expertise in onboarding W2, Independent Contractors (IC), and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) candidates in the U.S. staffing industry. Great communication skills without US Onboarding experience are also preferred. This is a critical role that ensures smooth onboarding and compliance for our candidates working with various clients across the U.S.

• →Handle end-to-end onboarding for U.S.-based candidates, including W2, IC, and C2C hires.
• →Verify compliance with all necessary documentation, including I-9, E-Verify, W-4, and other client-specific paperwork.
• →Manage background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment screening processes.
• →Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• →Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with client and federal regulations.
• →Provide candidates with onboarding support and ensure they have a great experience.
• →Work in the EST shift from our Kharadi, Pune office (Onsite role – No remote option).

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. staffing onboarding.
• HR onboarding/Customer Service experience with great communication & follow up skills along with motivated potential candidates are preferred too.
• Strong knowledge of W2, IC, C2C onboarding procedures and compliance.
• Familiarity with I-9 verification, background checks, and drug testing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced U.S. staffing/recruitment environment is a plus.
