Arc of Onondaga is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Residential Program Manager to provide leadership within our residential division and support the teams who make a difference every day.
As a Residential Program Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for Arc residential programs while ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services.

Hire, train, supervise, and support Residence Managers.

Ensure compliance with applicable NYS and federal regulations and agency standards.

Oversee residential operations, staffing utilization, and operating budgets.

Promote safe, supportive environments for residents and Direct Support Professionals.

Provide leadership, coaching, and problem-solving support to residential teams.

Champion person-centered practices that promote dignity, choice, independence, and quality of life.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field plus 2–4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities; OR

Related Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.

Valid NYS driver's license and driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
