- Monitor key access and service metrics and take action on them; including time-to-therapy, prescription conversion, reimbursement outcomes, and service utilization at specialty pharmacy partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders in support of fast access to treatment at specialty pharmacies
- Analyze regional trends and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient experience across our specialty pharmacies
- Coordinate issue resolution related to timely patient onboarding at specialty pharmacies with internal stakeholders
- Support training and education initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver zone-level business reviews and stakeholder updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, analytics, patient services, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, account management, or related healthcare field
- Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and external partners
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel within assigned zone as needed
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting is preferred
