• →Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• →Conduct business and technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify requirements and solution strategies.
• →Develop solution architectures supporting cloud-native, hybrid, and enterprise application environments.
• →Provide technical leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and support.
• →Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations regarding adoption of new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
• →Support modernization initiatives involving cloud engineering, containerization, microservices, DevSecOps, and platform automation.
• →Design solutions utilizing multiple data stores, including relational and NoSQL technologies.
• →Develop architecture standards, interface standards, performance standards, and quality assurance practices.
• →Support implementation of enterprise data architecture, data governance, and metadata management strategies.
• →Provide guidance regarding data integration, data conversion, and enterprise information architecture initiatives.
• →Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• →Present technical recommendations, roadmaps, and architecture strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• →Support implementation of AI and machine learning capabilities where appropriate to enhance mission outcomes.

Requirements: 

• →Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• →Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• →Minimum of 7 years of experience serving in a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior technical leadership role.
• →Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
• →Experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or other major cloud providers.
• →Strong experience leading software development initiatives utilizing Java, .NET, or similar enterprise technologies.
• →Experience serving as a technical lead across the full software development lifecycle.
• →Experience with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• →Experience designing architectures utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases.
• →Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data architecture, and information management principles.
• →Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• →Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• →Experience leading large-scale cloud migration initiatives.
• →Experience with Kubernetes, containerization technologies, service mesh platforms, and microservices architectures.
• →Experience with enterprise data architecture, metadata management, and data governance programs.
• →Experience implementing AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or advanced analytics solutions.
• →Experience supporting federal government programs and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• →Experience evaluating and implementing low-code application platforms and emerging technologies.
• →Cloud, architecture, or cybersecurity certifications preferred.
